本說明提供本校在校教職生設定由校方所開設Office365教育版帳號之密碼及帳號使用方式,利用此組帳密登入Office365官網,可使用其中的Teams進行同步會議與教學等等活動;離校後(退休、離職、畢業…等)30天後帳號將從系統刪除(資料同步刪除)。
This instruction provides the method for current faculty, staff, and students to set passwords and use the Office 365 Education Edition accounts created by the University. By using these credentials to log into the official Office 365 website, users can utilize Teams for activities such as synchronous meetings and teaching; accounts (and synchronized data) will be deleted from the system 30 days after leaving the University (due to retirement, resignation, graduation, etc.).
自2026年2月1日開始,學校提供Office365帳號異動為:職編學號@cloud.fju.edu.tw(以下簡稱cloud帳號)。
Starting February 1, 2026, the Office 365 accounts provided by the school will change to: Staff/Student ID@cloud.fju.edu.tw (hereinafter referred to as the "cloud account").
第一次使用、忘記密碼或變更密碼請點選本頁面最下方的按鈕,並依照步驟完成密碼設定。(原職編學號@m365.fju.edu.tw之在校使用者,進行第一次登入時之密碼與@m365.fju.edu.tw密碼相同。)
For first-time use, forgotten passwords, or password changes, please click the button at the bottom of this page and follow the steps to complete the password setup. (For current users who previously used Staff/Student ID@m365.fju.edu.tw, the password for the first login will be the same as the @m365.fju.edu.tw password.)

After completing the password setup mentioned above, you may log in to the official Office 365 website at
https://www.office.com/ to use the relevant services.
登入cloud帳號過程中,請勾選「否,僅登入此應用程式」,切勿勾選「允許我的組織管理我的裝置」。
During the login process for the m365 account, please check "No, sign in to this app only," and do not check "Allow my organization to manage my device."

此帳密是微軟Office365帳密,並非學校LDAP帳密。
These credentials are for Microsoft Office 365 and are not the school's LDAP credentials.
密碼設定完成後,請依照頁面說明,等待密碼更新至微軟所需時間。
After the password setup is complete, please follow the instructions on the page and wait for the time required for the password to update to Microsoft.
如果要在微軟Teams當中與本校的其他師生視訊互動,強烈建議使用cloud帳號,而不是自行申請的其他帳密,因為目前這組帳密屬於同一個輔大組織,在所有溝通互動上的功能比較完備。
If you wish to interact via video with other faculty and students of the University within Microsoft Teams, it is strongly recommended to use the m365 account instead of other self-applied credentials, because this set of credentials belongs to the same Fu Jen organizational unit, ensuring more complete functionality for all communications and interactions.
