The Women's Leadership in Asia (WoLA) 2026 Online Leadership Program is now open for applications. This program, organized by the Ewha Institute for Leadership Development, aims to empower emerging women leaders from higher education institutions across Asia by strengthening leadership capacity, advancing gender equity, and fostering cross-cultural professional networks. Eligible women faculty and staff who are interested in enhancing their strategic leadership skills and engaging in regional collaboration are encouraged to apply.

Program Summary:
WoLA 2026 is an 8-day online leadership program conducted in English via Zoom, featuring lectures, interactive workshops, and networking sessions. The program focuses on key topics including feminist leadership and pedagogy, mental health and resilience, gender-based violence, and gender & AI, providing participants with practical tools and strategic insights for leadership development in higher education.
