【申請資料 Required materials】
Email附件請依以下檔案順序排列合併為一PDF檔繳交。
1. 英文版歷年成績單(含GPA）
2. 白色背景彩色個人照
3. 身份證明正反面影本及護照影本（封面和內頁）
4. 語言能力證明（英文組：托福iBT 80，或其他相當於CEFR B2成績/西文組：B1(申請就讀學士+碩雙聯) / B2 (申請就讀碩士班)
Please merge the files in the following order to 1 PDF file for submission.
1. Academic transcript (in English) with grade point average (0-10).
2. 1 ID Photography in colour and a white background.
3. 1 Copy of valid ID and passport, both sides.
4. Document that accredits the necessary level of English or Spanish.

[註]關於成績單格式:
a. Applicants for the 1-year BA + 1-year MA program must submit their academic transcripts from their first to third year of undergraduate study. (This means that fourth-year grades are not included, as the application is for completing the fourth year at IQS.)
申請就讀1年BA+1年MA者，繳交輔大的大一至大三歷年成績單(意思即為不包含大四成績，因為正是要申請大四至IQS就讀)
b. Applicants for the master's program must submit the following documents before the start of the academic year in October 2025: (1)Bachelor's degree certificate (2)Fu Jen academic transcript (including GPA) (3)Proof of eligibility for graduate studies
申請就讀碩士者，必須在2025年10月開學前遞交(1)大學學位畢業證書 (2)輔大歷年成績單(含GPA) (3)可讀研證明
