Looking for a meaningful part-time job? Join the Ministry of Education's English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) Program and make a real difference in Taiwanese education. No Chinese language skills or teaching experience required!


What Do ELTAs Do?

As an ELTA, you'll work alongside elementary and junior high school teachers, supported by experienced advisors from English Resource Centers. In this dynamic role, you'll assist with thematic lessons🎭, help design engaging lesson plans📚, serve as an English conversation partner🗣️, inspire students at English summer and winter camps⛺, coach students for English competitions🏆, and lead fun club activities🎉.

Our program offers a competitive pay of NTD 400 per session💰, along with public transport subsidies🚆 to make your commute more convenient. This opportunity not only enhances your personal and professional growth but also provides a truly rewarding experience!
