亞洲基督宗教高等教育董事會（United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia，簡稱UB或United Board）徵求本校教師參加「2026–2027 United Board Fellows Program」，並提供相關補助，歡迎校內師長申請。

一、計畫目標
The United Board Fellows Program is designed to answer the needs of leadership development for mid-career faculty and administrators from primarily Christian colleges and universities in Asia. Through this program, the United Board develops dynamic leaders committed to the advancement of whole person education and to building strong and resilient academic institutions. Since 2002, over 372 Fellows from 86 institutions in 14 countries/regions of Asia have been selected for this program, and many have played important leadership roles in their home institutions and beyond.

二、實施方式
This one-year experience features a unique higher education leadership development experience, with three main components:
(1) an intensive week-long summer leadership institute;
(2) a one-to-four-month placement or a one-to-two-week study trip in Asia;
(3) regular webinars, and a final one-week seminar.

三、計畫執行期間
The 2026–2027 Fellows Program will be held from July 2026 to June 2027.
(*Note: Fellows will be back at their home institutions between each component.)

四、申請資格
Successful applicants will demonstrate the following traits or accomplishments:
• a full-time position at a college or university in the United Board network. Nominations are accepted exclusively from the invited institutions.
• demonstrated leadership within their home institutions, with the potential to assume larger roles and responsibilities. Preference will be given to those with substantial administrative experience.
• proven commitment to return to their home institutions after the completion of this Fellows Program.
• recognized as being thoughtful, respected, engaged, and dedicated to making changes within their home institutions or larger communities.
• fluent in written and spoken English.
• Preference will be given to candidates under age 45.
• preferred a doctoral-level or terminal degree.

*Please note:
Former Fellows are not eligible to reapply for the Program; however, we welcome your recommendations for other potential candidates. Former applicants who were not selected in previous cohorts may reapply for this cohort.

五、申請時程
2025 年 11 月 19 日：校內收件截止日
2025 年 11 月 25 日：本校線上提名截止日
2025 年 12 月 20 日：獲提名者線上送出完整申請文件截止日
2026 年 1 月底前：書面審核與面試
2026 年 2 月中：公告審核結果

六、申請方式
本校申請者請於 2025 年 11 月 19 日（星期三）下午 16:30 前 來信至學術交流中心（aec@mail.fju.edu.tw），以便完成校內遴選（至多 2 名）與線上提名作業。請勿自行於系統中送件，以免資格不符遭退件。
